vitamin rich food
Take some vitamins and drink 2 to 4 glasses of milk every day.It will keep you fit and healthy.
You can use the weight gain drinks aimed at bodybuliders, they are specially formulated to help you put on the weight without filling yourself full of rubbish and junk food.
Take in more protein and whole grain carbs. Do lots of bodyweight exercises, push-ups, crunches, lunges, squats, etc. Good luck, this will be a challenge and slow going, but you will only gain mass if you stick with it.
You should really go to your GP to ask about this, as a nutritionist will be able to test your blood and give you information on the best things to eat to build muscle, etc. Plenty of carbs for energy, always eat breakfast (extremely important) and keep going the way you are. Don't just stuff your face with food whenever, just eat when you're hungry.
whole milk, eggs, baked meat, LOTS OF PROTEIN!! <3
Protein is a good healthy thing to eat to gain weight. Eat some of the more leaner meats so you aren't just getting fatty goods. Protein can be found in things like peanut butter, nuts, and meat. Good natural sugars are another thing that can help you can weight. Natural sugars would be those that natural occur in fruit. Carbohydrates will help you gain weight but eat them only in moderation. Too many of those can cause excess weight gain. Also, dont forget to get your vitamins and mineral in. A good multivitamin should be able to do that. Good luck.
sounds like you simply need to eat more, and more often. oatmeal and raisins in the morning, snack on nuts (trail mix) all the fruits and veggies, you can keep handy. meat, fish, and poultry will give you weight in muscle mass instead of blubber fat, can be found in dairy products cheese, eggs, milk, cottage cheese with fruit is a good choice. stay away from sodas, and too much sugar, coffee will make thin people hyper, (which burns needed calories)
One of the best things that you can do to gain muscle and thereby increase your weight is to eat more protein, I suggest that you take the time to look at a protein drink or supplement I know that doing protein after your regular meals will help you to gain the weight and muscle you want.
