What kind of meals and other foods should I eat to stay healthy?

What meals and other foods can I eat throughout the day to stay healthy because I am 7 stone at the moment and I want to stay at that weight or be 6 3/4 stone but I'm not sure exactly what to eat. Please can you help?

lots of dairy and protein.... like i eat carrot sticks...yogurt at least once a day cause its very good for your body, and like broccli just whatever your taste prefer
just don't do any fried foods, soda, or salty foods... when snacks come in, do fruit, nuts, and try something like jamba juices... salads (i personally don't like fat free so I use less of the good stuff) when cooking, using more seasoning, less oil & butter...
I think only a doctor, dietition or someone qualified should really respond to this question...
Keep lots of veg.s and water too. Plus fruits and whole grain breads. Get protein in to so your bones will stay strong. Don't use any oils other that Olive oil or Canola oil if , you need another. They prevent and even reverse some health problems, like Arthritis.
Eat fresh vegetables, pasta, rice, fruit, fish, and chicken, and stay away from all the soda and junk food.
i had the same problem and my daily day was. have a big breakfast like blueberry pancakes and fruit but not eggs have eggs at least 1 ever 2 weeks.them if u can go swimming do at least 12 laps and walk slowly in the shallow. for lunch u should have a sub with light ham and lettuce. something light . and u can only have candy at least once a month. you can drink light orange juice only 1 meal like in the morning.then dinner have like at least 2 meat produce for dinner a week. and that is all so GOOD LUCK!!! also i learned this off of Oprah. wait 2 hours 2 go 2 sleep after a meal.
