What do you do to stay healthy and physically fit in your life. Do you workout? what kinds of food do you eat & what kinds of food do you avoid? Make sure to add your daily rutinue if you have one.

eat rite and exercise is pretty much all u need u dont need a daily routine as long as u are moving
I stick to the same eating pattern daily which is ...
Breakfast. Egg whites with 2% cheese, a slice of whole wheat toast with a tiny bit of spray on butter.
Lunch is a mix of all sorts of veggies, peas, carrots, green beans (all types..Italian,wax,etc.) and I add peppers, garlic,onion and some albacore or chicken breast. Then a tablespoon of fat free mayo, mix it up and yum:-)
Dinner is again lots of veggies, cabbage, onions, carrots or a big salad with fat free dressing and broiled or boiled chicken breasts. Once in a while a lean piece of beef.
I also have some form of fruit everyday. And except for the little fat I take in at breakfast I almost never eat anything fatty. No fast food , No fried, No sweets...except of course Thanksgiving dinner...I eat everything:-)
And as I work at very physical job all week I get good exercise. And everyday that I have off, I walk my dogs!
Also, I have a habit of parking as far away from where I am going, to get that little extra :-)
-I avoid red meat
-I hike a mile or two every other day
- I avoid foods with Trans Fat
- I keep snacking to a minimum
- I don't allow myself to eat fast food more than once every 10 or so days.
-I work to reduce stress by rethinking stressors as positive things, knowing how the mind affects the body
