How Do I Keep Motavtived To Stay Healthy and In Shape?

Hi diabeties runs in my family and there is a great risk of my getting it so i wanna stay healthy and in shape but i always do great one day and then it all falls apart the next. I just wanna stay healthy keep my sugars down and maybe lose a pound or two. Also I have tried tredmills and excersize bikes but there just boring and no fun! I wanna do something fun that can keep me fit and healthy! Thanks!

Well, what's fun for you? What kinds of activities do you enjoy? There's nothing that says you have to be a gym rat in order to stay healthy. Find an activity you enjoy and you'll be more likely to stick with it and do it consistently. Also, try to get other people involved or do something with others. It helps when you know that your friend(s) will be expecting you to show up.
