Keeping Fit Through Christmas?

Well its here yet again , Christmas , all the food you can eat lol well since this is the only time of the year il let my self go a little crazy food wise like some chocolate and christmas pudding maybe whats a good way to keep fit thru the christmas holidays , im joinin the army soon and dont really want to put much on , i have a tredmill which i go on daily but i dont really want to be having a big meal then thinkin about running any suggestions? thanks people and merry christmas to every 1 :)

I would just watch the portion size. Holidays are always rough but then again, it's your time to cheat before the new year and plus if your going to the army.

Go and eat! It is Christmas time! What I will personally do will be to enjoy the food and talks with family and friends on the table. At the same time I will move (using any possibility to walk, run or dance, or to make sex, everything). And after Christmas I will start for a week the funny (but not easy to follow) Colored diet.
