Keeping Fit Question And Answer

keeping fit - losing weight in winter months?

Does anyone who keeps fit have advice on losing weight when its very cold outside.I find it difficult to motivate myself when it raining, freezing cold and dark all the time.I like jogging when its summer but cannot get myself going when its cold.Any advice on what to wear etc,so i don't catch a cold? I train sporadically, probably because i'm a shift worker.I'm a gym member and do mostly cardio vascular training with a little bit of weight training. i think i need to get myself into a proper routine with my eating habits too.ie,no drinking alcohol through the week and lots of vegetables, chicken, fish etc. I am a 32 year old male,6ft and approximately 205 pounds or 14 stone 8.i am quite fleshy around the stomach and definitely need to tone my midriff. Any like-minded people would be welcome to give me some advice. Thanking you in advance. Paul

I do the Fat X workouts.
if you have a gym membership that is the place to go. i like the winter months because it will keep me indoors and pushing myself in the weight room. if you prefer to run outside all i can tell you is to wear double socks a couple of sweatshirts and couple of layers of pants, good luck to you. dont forget the diet
