well i would really like to start keeping fit, but im just so lazy! im reallyyy skinny and quite tall and i never seem to put weight on but i just feel so bad about myself cause i feel so lazy and unfit inside cause i do absolutely NO excersise so heres the questions... how do i get a nice toned belly with abs? what can i do to stop being lazy and sitting on the computer all the time? how can i have a healthy balanced diet instead of eating absolute junk!? i know its quite alot but i really need help. i feel so bad about myself and cant do anything about it im so god damn lazy! thanks so much! x

1) crunches and sit-ups are good for abs 2) Find something funner to do like hang out with friends go to the movies etc. 3) Try really healthy foods like fruits and veggies for snacks or cereal bars and stuff like tha because it isn't absolute junk + it tastes good :) -hope this helps.
*You can do some crunches for your abs. That seems to work for me. *Buy some weights and work out your arms or do some push ups *Go walking for 15-30 minutes. *Jog in Place. *Turn some music on and Dance baby!!! That will work wonders!!!!!! I hope I helped. Just get up and move!
It may be hard to start out but once you get into a routine it will seem natural to be active instead of sitting around and doing no physical activity. First of all to get a nice toned belly, it is important to do core exercises - focus on both abs and back is important for good stability and balance. There are tons of core exercises you can do, check out this website for some ideas ( easier than me trying to explain them all in this message) http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm. I recommend that you do a variety of exercises to ensure you work your upper abs, lower abs, and the sides. The plank or stabilizer as it is known as is a great exercise....just remember to keep your spine neutral to avoid saggy. Next to stop being lazy, simply just get into a routine - plan a certain time of the day to go for a walk, rollar blade, bike, swim or something with a friend or a pet if you have one. You'll start to feel great once your body gets this exercise. To have a healthy balanced diet, simply eat from all 4 food groups. Focus on high fiber foods, lean meats, low fat and low sugar. Instead of having ice cream for example, try frozen yogurt. Or have fruit with non-fat whipping cream for dessert. Eat whole grains instead of white, since white is full of sugar.
