What foods/fruits should i start buying to start a healthy lifestyle?
OK, so what i eat comes mostly from my fridge,
which is mostly fries, nuggets, basically unhealthy food..
I want to lead a healthy lifestyle now, so i want to begin with this fridge of mine(lol)..
So any ideas of what foods/fruits etc etc? and also if its cheap or comes in varieties in one packet?..

Oranges and apples are a good start. Grapes, also can be munched while watching TV, instead of chips. And if you have to have snack foods in the house, get corn chips or pretzels. Pasta is good. You could cook a mushroom spinach lasagna on Sunday and freeze individual serving sizes to take out of the freezer whenever you want lasagna or are too lazy to cook during the week.
Remember that hand held prepared foods, like fries or pizzas, are usually unhealthy.

Fruits : Cantelope, Bananas, Grapes, Oranges, Apples, Pears, Peaches, etc.
Veggies: Broccoli, Spanish, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Carrots, etc.
Start eating salads, of course fruits and veggies, soups are also good for you, and crackers and peanut butter. Start with that, and if you like meat throw in a home cooked hamburger every now and then, hey it won't hurt, besides you don't want to be hungry!! Oh also nuts are good for you, and it might sound crazy, but I heard popcorn is good for you too.
