I've cut out fast food and i've been takin vitamins and have also been exercising
anything else i should do?

cut out refined sugars, and some junk food. Fried foods are also very bad for ya...good luck..i look foward to everyone's answers!
keep doing what you're doing. drink plenty of water. get plenty of sleep. eat plenty of colored fruits and vegetables. read. relax. walk. run. swim. breathe. live.

You can add a healthy detox juice to your life (very important to help maintain health), or a healthy energy drink for natural energy (not artificial), cut out soda and caffeine, eat you veggies, eat broiled or grilled vs fried, salads on occasion and keep doing what you are currently doing and you will live long and prosper.
