Healthy Lifestyle Question And Answer

is it ok to eat junk food while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

So, for breakfast I eat some sweet buns from a bakery. Its usually just bbq sauce with pork or some slightly sweet yellow egg filling. I tried cutting the buns out but when I do, my work out becomes alot more harder and I feel so weak at the end. I eat healthy for all my other meals. I do alot of pushups, situps, dumbell curls and run like 5 miles a day.

Junk food every once in a while is not going to undermine your entire healthy lifestyle. Just remember to keep it in moderation.
Keep eating junk food once in awhile, that'll help keep cravings at bay so you won't splurge and gain all of the weight back. But also keep eating as healthy as you can, nobodys perfect and keep up with the exercise.
I definitely say that it is okay to eat junk food while living a healthy lifestyle, especially in this day and age where we have such a variety of foods (most of them processed) However everything in moderation right, especially the junk. You should really only be eating food with ingredients that you can pronounce. All the other junk should only be eaten once in a long while. (When you really really want it) However, i also eat the same breads that you mentioned above (from a chinese bakery right?) Those are not that bad for you, they bake it fresh everyday and use mostly good ingredients. But it is a little too sweet for everyday eats. Don't cut them out all together, but why not try oatmeal or a slice of whole wheat toast with jam before a workout instead? And eat the buns only once a week?
