You are definitely planning on doing the right things, now you just need to do them for an extended period of time.
Yeah. My only suggestion would be to get your calorie count up to at least 1500, because you are so young, and you are at that stage in your life where your body needs more calories to function. Also, you will need more calories to compensate for your freakishly active lifestyle, so take this into consideration when putting together a lasting diet plan for weight loss.
Sounds okay, but your calorie intake is low for a teen. 1200 is minimum for the average adult, but you are a teen who is growing and you may stunt your growth if you don't try eating 1600-2000.
Otherwise, keep at it, and change up your routine every 3-4 weeks to maximize weight loss results.
It's great that you're thinking about your health so early, but doing so much right away may stunt your growth height-wise. I say take it more slowly since you are only 13. I was an overweight child as well and waited until around 15 to start losing the weight through diet and exercise. I'm almost 19 now and I feel great. But at 13, you're still growing bone and muscle, so don't over do it. Everything has its place and time. Just cut out junk food and exercise regularly now. Good luck! I know how hard it can be to be an overweight child.
