What are some unique diets just to help lose lower belly weight?

It is the weirdest thing like my ribs stick out yet i have fat under the belly button. What are some really unique and specific diets to target that area! It canjust be a unique diet to it doesnt have to target that area. Ps i excersize 5 times a week for a good three hours, like running and stuff.

I've heard from the "pros" on TV that cutting out lots of sugar, caffiene and fats will help ALOT and that doing interval exercises really melts the fat away. Do 5 minutes of intense workout and then 10 minutes of light working out like switching between sprinting and jogging.
Sometimes its just how you are built. My cousin is always outside running, playing, and does cheerleading and softball. She is a bigboned person though. One thing is that you want to watch you eating habits unlike my cousin.
try to to cut back on the carbs. i cut down to 50 carbs a day for a week and lost my little pooch faster than i could have imagined. make sure you eat your carbs early in the day though. hope this helps you. just remember that every body is different and one thing may work for someone and not the other.
