Please tell me some fad diets that have actually worked for you?
Only anwsers from people that have actually done the diets and they have worked. How hard were they? What do they involve? How much weight did you lose? and how fast did it work? Thank you in advance!

I do the Special K diet to keep me on track. I have a Special K bar with milk for breakfast, Special K cereal and a 100 calorie pack for lunch, and eat dinner normally, with 2 or 3 100-150 calorie snacks throughout the day. I also exercise 4-6 times a week and that has helped me keep off the 30 lbs I lost over a year ago doing Curves and just cutting back on my junk food.

Fad diets are fad diets because they do not work in the long term. You will lose weight quickly. Once you stop, you will gain all of the weight back and a few extra pounds.

avoid fad diets, they are just gimicky and are usually tryin to sell you something. all it is a marketing gimmick to get your money.
just stay active and eat healthy. go running, biking, lift weights, something that will raise your heart rate and burn calories.
eat healthy and avoid sugars and sat. fats.
there really is nothing to it, you have burn more calories than you eat. just find a good way of doing it.
